4 large eggs
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter , melted and slightly cooled
1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt or table salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour , sifted if desired
In a blender, mix milk, eggs, margarine, sugar, vanilla, salt, and flour 15 to 20 seconds, or until player is smooth. Refrigerate something like 30 minutes, or short-term.
Heat a 8-inch griddle over medium-low intensity. Pour around 1/4 cup player into the dish, shifting skillet quickly from one side to another to shape an even circle. Cook around 1 moment for each side, or until daintily sautéed. Eliminate from intensity and stack until prepared to serve. Rehash with residual player.
