Ingredients:

Egg – 3 Pieces (only yolks will be needed)
Sugar – 1 glass
Butter – 125 grams (you can use margarine instead of butter)
Sour cream – 100-125 grams
Flour – 2.5-3 Glass
Soda – 1 teaspoon
Vanillin – 1 pinch

Cooking :

First we need to knead the dough. Therefore, we take eggs and separate the yolks from the proteins, then grind the yolks with sugar until smooth. Butter or margarine is also rubbed and spread to the yolks with sugar, mix everything well.

Next, add sour cream, vanilla and soda, mix again and start adding flour. The amount of flour here is approximate, you should look at the consistency of the dough, it should turn out to be quite thick and should not stick to your hands.

We divide the finished dough into several parts (about 4) and put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

While the dough is cooling, we take out the meat grinder and cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.

After the time has elapsed, we take out the dough and start passing it through a meat grinder.

We divide our cookies in the form of worms into equal parts and put them on a baking sheet.

Now you can send our cookies to an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake there for about 15-20 minutes.

This is the end result of such beauty. Cookies can be decorated with powdered sugar and served to dear guests.

Bon Appetit!
