These baked beef tacos are very easy to make, and if you need to feed a large crowd, they are easy to mix in the oven and make for guests. Don’t be afraid to make them though, I love making them for my family and we love them all.
8 standing tacos.
1 pound ground beef.
1 cup of salsa
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
15 ounces black beans (washed and dried)
1 1/2 cups grated taco cheese
1 cup lettuce (grated)
1 cup tomatoes (diced)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the pan by sprinkling lightly, then place the taco shells in the dish.
Cook and shred the ground beef in a skillet. Once fully cooked, drain the fat, add the salsa, taco seasoning and washed and dried black beans. Stir thoroughly over low heat until heated through.
Pour the bean and beef mixture into each taco. Place grated cheese on top of each taco and bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and tacos are cooked through.
Remove from the oven and garnish with grated lettuce and diced tomatoes or your favorite taco toppings.
