Air Fryer recipes & salads


I bring to your attention a popular salad. It is a dish of American cuisine.
The salad is very hearty, but at the same time light.
The number of ingredients makes six to eight servings.

Ingredients :

300 g chicken filet
250 g tomatoes
10 quail eggs (or 2 chicken eggs)
350 g avocado
100 g bacon (I used uncooked bacon)
100 g blue mold cheese
100 g celery stalks
200g romaine lettuce
green onion
70 ml vegetable oil
30 ml of 6-9% wine vinegar
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1-2 cloves of garlic
ΒΌ tsp. sugar

Preparation :

Fry bacon until golden.
Turn them over.
Leave to cool.

Slice into julienne strips.
Finely chop fillet.

Fry until hot in the same pan as the bacon.
Finely chop green onions.

Finely chop celery.
Chop tomatoes into small pieces.

Peel the avocado, remove the seed.
Slice the eggs.

Slice cheese into small pieces.
Prepare dressing.
Juice lemon.
We need 30 ml.

Mix oil and vinegar.
Add lemon juice.

Add mustard.

Stir in the mustard.
Add garlic with a garlic masher.

Stir in salt, sugar and pepper.
Stir to mix.

Tear or chop the lettuce.
Place on a plate.

Lay strips of onion, cheese, tomatoes, filet, avocado, eggs, bacon, celery on lettuce.
Serve dressing separately.
Place salad on the plate, choosing ingredients to taste.
Cover with dressing.
