Easy Brownie Cookies
Recipe Description – Brownie Cookies :
Chocolate brownie cookies , which gives the cookies a rich flavor and aroma.
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate, 70-85% cacao230g
Butter270g
Sugar 3 Tbsp.
Dark beer 0,5 tbsp.
Chicken egg 4 pcs.
Wheat flour 1,3 tbsp.
Cocoa 6 tbsp.
Dark Chocolate Chips 280 g
Instructions :
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 175C.
Step 2:
Place a sheet of parchment in a baking dish. Spray the parchment and the edges of the baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

Put the chopped chocolate in a small heatproof bowl and place in the microwave for 90 seconds.
Step 4:
Stir in the melted chocolate and set aside to cool.
Step 5:
Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add beer and whisk until smooth.
Step 6:
Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each one, then add cooled melted chocolate a little at a time. Whisk and set aside.
Step 7:
Sift flour and cocoa into a small bowl and add little by little to the batter, beating until smooth.
Step 8:
Add chocolate chips, whisk.
Step 9:
Place the batter in the prepared baking dish and spread evenly over the bottom.
Step 10:
Bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes at 175C. Check that they are ready with a toothpick.
Step 11:
Cool the brownies completely before cutting and serving.
