Ingredients :
flour 200 g
cocoa 25 g
leavening agent 1 tsp.
soda 0.25 tsp.
salt 0.25 tsp.
dairy butter 90 g
sugar 100 g
Big hen eggs 1 pc.
Greek yoghurt 30 g
lemon juice 0.5 tsp.
red food coloring 1 to taste
chocolate drops 50 g
powdered sugar 60 g
Instructions :
STEP 1/7
Mix all the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
STEP 2/7
Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg, yogurt, lemon juice and coloring agent, beat until completely combined.
STEP 3/7
Add flour mixture to egg and butter mixture and mix everything with a spatula.
STEP 4/7
Add the chocolate drippings (it’s best if it’s white chocolate, but black chocolate will work fine too). Stir everything together. Send the dough to the fridge for a couple of hours.
STEP 5/7
Roll the chilled dough into balls.
STEP 6/7
Dip them well in powdered sugar, place on parchment, flatten slightly.
STEP 7/7
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 12-15 minutes.
