Baking powder 10 g
Wheat flour 220 g
Cocoa 1 tbsp.
Blackberry 150 g
To make chocolate muffins with blackberries we need cocoa powder, blackberries, chicken eggs, wheat flour, baking powder, butter, milk and sugar.
Combine the soft butter and half of all the sugar.
Rub the butter and sugar together with a whisk and beat in the chicken eggs. Beat the mixture with a mixer or whisk until smooth.
Pour in the remaining sugar and whip the mixture a little more.
Pour in room temperature milk. Stir.
Next, pour in the baking powder.
Immediately pour in sifted wheat flour.
Knead the dough until smooth. The finished muffin dough has a smooth, delicate creamy consistency.
Pour cocoa powder into the batter.
Stir the batter with a whisk.
Gently pour in the blackberries.
Lightly stir the dough so that the blackberries are not deformed and evenly distributed in the dough.
Spread the batter into portioned muffin cups (muffins), taking up no more than 2/3 of the total volume of the cups.
Bake the muffins in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. This amount of ingredients will make 12 muffins.
Serve the chocolate muffins with blackberries for dessert!
