But everyone is used to seeing brownies sliced into squares and laid out in a slide, but today I’m going to share with you a new, incredibly delicious brownie dough-based cupcake recipe. It turned out very tasty, tender, berry, by the way you can use any berries, but blackberries here are very good in harmony. Enjoy your cooking!
Ingredients:
butter 150 g
granulated sugar 170 g
Salt 2 gr
Boiled chicken egg 3 pcs.
Dark chocolate 70-85% cocoa 150g
Wheat flour 150 g
Baking powder 5 g
Cocoa 30 g
Brambleberry 300g
20 gr Corn starch
INSTRUCTIONS :
Step 1:
To make the chocolate cupcake we will need: soft butter, sugar, eggs, dark chocolate, flour, cocoa, baking powder, starch, fresh blackberries.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, place the very soft butter.
Step 3:
Sprinkle sugar and a pinch of salt into the butter and rub with a whisk.
Step 4:
Now beat everything with a mixer until smooth and fluffy.
Step 5:
One at a time, introduce three chicken eggs. After each one, you need to whip the mixture with a mixer.
Step 6:
Beat until a smooth, soft consistency.
Step 7:
Now you need to melt the dark chocolate in a steam bath or in a microwave. Then let it cool down to 40 C.
Step 8:
Then you need to introduce the warm, melted chocolate into the butter and egg mixture.
Step 9:
Gently mix the whole mixture until smooth and homogeneous.
Step 10:
Sift flour and baking powder into this whole mass, mix a little.
Step 11:
Now you need to sift in the cocoa and mix everything well until homogeneous. The dough should be like thick sour cream.
Step 12:
Take fresh blackberries, wash them, and dry them on a sieve.
Step 13:
Add the starch and sugar and coat the blackberries in this mixture.
Step 14:
Now pour the blackberries into the batter and mix everything evenly.
Step 15:
The hole muffin mold needs to be greased with butter and sprinkled with cocoa.
Step 16:
Place the batter evenly in a muffin tin and place in a preheated oven to 180 C, for 40-50 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
Step 17:
Allow the brownie cake to cool right in the mold, then gently remove it.
Step 18:
Before serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired. Serve with cold milk or cocoa.
