Sesame buns – 8 pcs.
Beef (minced meat) – 500g,
Egg – 1 pc.
Bread crumbs – 3 tbsp.
Onion – 1 pc,
Vinegar – 2 tbsp.
Mustard – 1 tbsp.
Ketchup – 3 tbsp.
Pickle – 2 pcs.
Melted cheese in slices – 8 pcs.
Salad leaves – as desired.
Cut the buns in half, on a dry, hot pan, bake them with the cuts down to a crispy crust. Add egg, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
Now make our cutlets. To make them as beautiful and smooth as possible, I decided to use a lid for a jar with a large neck. I greased it with vegetable oil and tamped the stuffing there.
Then I “shook” the cutlet out of the lid on a flat surface covered with clingfilm. I put it in the freezer for 20 minutes. And then I fried them on both sides until they were ready.
Onions VERY finely chop and marinate in a mixture of vinegar and boiling water for 15 minutes. Then strain the onions from the liquid.
Mix the mustard with the ketchup in a separate bowl.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
Now assemble our cheeseburgers. Smile
On the “lid” of the bun, spread the mustard and ketchup mixture.
Sprinkle pickled onions on top.
Place a circle of pickle on top.
Cover with a piece of cheese.
Put hot cutlet on top.
On cutlet with lettuce leaf back side up. And cover the “bottom” of the bun.
