The air fryer makes frying bacon faster and easier than ever!
3 slices bacon (regular or coarsely sliced bacon)
ground black pepper (optional, to taste)
Place the bacon slices in a single layer in the fryer basket. I always cut my strips in half so they fit better in the fryer.
Season with freshly ground black pepper if desired, then air fry at 350° F. (175 ° С). Cook regular bacon for 7-9 minutes and thick bacon for 10-12 minutes or until desired crispiness.
Transfer air-fried bacon to a paper towel-lined plate and repeat for additional batches as needed. *Don’t forget to discard the fat from the bacon between batches, as the cooking time for subsequent products may be shorter than the first.
