Pasta with ground meat and cheese in the oven .

A very easy recipe and a very hearty and delicious dish! The cheese sauce makes it very tender, you must love it!

Ingredients :
Pasta / (any kind, preferably hard) – 400 g
Ground meat – 400 gr
Hard cheese (grated, 150 gr gr grated into sauce + 50 gr sprinkle on top) – 200 gr
Milk – 300 ml
Butter – 2 tbsp.
Wheat flour / flour – 2 tbsp.
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)


Boil the pasta for a few minutes, let it be slightly undercooked. Flip it in a colander, let the water drain and put it back in the pot, adding a spoonful of butter or sunflower oil to keep it from sticking.

In a skillet, stew the minced meat with onions, salt, pepper and any other seasonings to taste. Braise, pouring water over them, for about 25-30 minutes, until the water has evaporated.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour and stir, pour in the milk and bring to a boil.

Once the milk boils, turn off the heat and pour the cheese into the pan, stir until you get a homogeneous mass – cheese sauce!

We take a mold for the oven, sprinkle it with oil, put half of the pasta on it and lay our stuffing on top of the pasta.

On top lay out the remaining macaroni and pour the cheese sauce evenly!
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and put it in the oven,
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
After the specified time our casserole is ready!
