Fast and simple skillet steak in a delicious garlic and seared spread sauce with firm potato wedges!
1 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoons margarine
1 pound potatoes, cut into wedges or reduced down pieces
1 pound steak (flank, strip midsection, rib eye, and so forth.)
salt and pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic, slashed
1 squeeze red pepper drops (discretionary)
Heat the oil and margarine in a skillet over medium intensity, add the potatoes and cook until delicately brilliant brown on all sides, around 15 minutes, prior to saving.
Add the steak, prepared with salt and pepper to taste, to the skillet and cook over medium-high intensity until softly brilliant brown on all sides, around 10 minutes.
Add the garlic and red pepper drops and cook until fragrant, about a moment.
