These incredibly easy-to-make pork ribs for the deep fryer are so good, your family will be asking for them all the time! And why not? They’re ready to eat in just 40 minutes, so it’s an amazingly quick dish that everyone loves!


1 rack of pork ribs.
▢1 cup BBQ sauce
▢¼ cup dry rub pork


Preheat the deep fryer to 375°F. (190 ° С). Lightly grease the fryer basket or trays with vegetable oil.
Rinse pork ribs with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

If necessary, slice ribs into segments that fit your deep fryer.
Place the ribs in a basket or tray, meat side down. Cook for 15 minutes at 375°F. (190 ° С).

Open the fryer and flip the ribs over. Cook another 10 minutes at 375°F. (190 ° С).
Open the fryer and check the temperature, making sure the ribs are heated to 145°F. (63° F) then liberally spread barbecue sauce over the ribs. Bring the temperature to 400°F (205°C).

Return to the fryer and cook for another 5 minutes at 400° F. (205 ° С).
When done, gently remove the ribs and add more barbecue sauce if desired. Allow the cooked ribs to rest for 5 minutes. (Loosely covered with a square of aluminum foil), serve and enjoy!
