Air Fryer recipes & salads


Shake & Bake pork chops are easy with these simple fryers: cook the chops, shake to coat them, and then pop into the fryer for a dinner everyone loves! They’re ridiculously crispy on the outside and incredibly juicy on the inside-the best pork chops!

Ingredients :

1 pound pork chops (boneless or on the bone, about 1 inch thick – 4 pork chops)
▢1 cup of mixed breaded pork (store-bought or use my homemade recipe)
▢1 tablespoon olive oil (Extra Virgin)

Instructions :

Preheat the deep fryer to 400°F. (204 ° С).
Rinse and dry the pork chops. Spread a small amount of olive oil on both sides of the chops.

Place the shake and bake mixture in a plastic bag, place each pork chop individually in it, twist the bag to close, and shake to coat.

Place seasoned pork chops in a deep fryer and air fry at 400° F. (205° F) for 12 to 15 minutes. Be sure to flip after 6 to 8 minutes of cooking.

The pork chops are ready when they are heated to 145° F. (63° F) and the juices are flowing clear.
Take out of the basket, let stand for 5 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
