Peanut butter and honey cakes
Recipe Description – Peanut Butter and Honey Brownies:
Delicious brownies with delicate chocolate, peanut butter, honey and roasted peanuts
Ingredients:
Butter 120 g.
Peanut butter 120g
Honey 60g
Brown sugar 120 g
1 chicken egg
Vanilla extract 1 tsp.
Wheat flour 300 g
Soda 1 tsp.
Baking powder 0.5 tsp.
Honey 1 tbsp.
Cow’s milk 1 tbsp.
Dark Chocolate Chips 120g
Peanuts 180g
Directions :
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 175C.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, mix melted butter and peanut butter. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Add the honey, brown sugar, egg and vanilla.
Step 3:
Mix thoroughly.
Step 4:
Then add flour, baking soda and baking powder and whisk.
Step 5:
Pour the batter into an oiled glass baking dish (20 x 30cm). Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6:
In a small bowl, mix together the chocolate chips, honey and milk. Place in microwave for 30 seconds and stir until smooth.
Step 7:
Pour chocolate over baked goods, spreading over entire surface. Sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts on top.
Step 8:
Let cool, slice and serve.
