Ingredients for “Caramel Popcorn” :
Popcorn – 2 packs.
Sugar – 160 gr
Water – 3 tablespoons.
Soda – 1 1/4 tsp.
Lemon juice (2 or 3 drops)
Butter – 1 tbsp.
Vanilla
Preparation :
Prepare popcorn according to the instructions.
Now proceed to the caramel. In a saucepan combine sugar, water and lim juice (do not stir!!!). Place on stove stirring occasionally until amber in color.
When the mixture becomes amber in color, add vanilla and butter, stir and remove from heat.
Add the baking soda and stir. Now mix the popcorn with the caramel (you need to do this very quickly). And now our caramel popcorn is ready!
