STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE COOKIES .

Delicate and chewy bites of heavenly sweet flavor our Strawberry Cream Cheese Cookies are overflowing with occasional new strawberries, cream cheddar, and white chocolate lumps.
SERVES — 30

INGREDIENTS :

▢1¾ cup all-purpose flour
▢1 tsp baking powder
▢¼ tsp salt
▢¾ cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
▢¼ cup unsalted butter softened
▢4 oz cream cheese softened
▢2 large eggs
▢2 tsp pure vanilla extract
▢2 cups rough chopped fresh strawberries
▢1 tbsp lemon juice
▢2 tbsp all-purpose flour
▢6 oz (½ bag) white chocolate baking chips

INSTRUCTIONS :

Preheat your oven to 350 F

In a little blending bowl, join the cleaved strawberries and lemon squeeze, and set aside .
Filter together the regular flour, baking powder and salt. set aside .

Utilizing either a stand blender, or a medium size blending bowl and handheld blender on medium-high speed , cream together the mellowed margarine and the relaxed cream cheddar for 1 ½ to 2 minutes. Utilizing a silicone spatula, scratch down the sides of the blending bowl.

Add the granulated sugar, and keep on blending on medium-high for another 1 – 1 ½ minutes.

Reduce the blender speed to low. Add the vanilla concentrate, and add the eggs each in turn, blending great after each egg.

Keep the blender on low speed and gradually add the sifted flour combination ½ cup at a time.
Keep blending on low, add the white chocolate baking chips. Blend just until the ingredients are well incorporated .

Channel the lemon juice from the slashed strawberries, and sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of flour over the strawberries. Mix to cover the berries. Shake off and dispose of any excess flour.

Cautiously overlap the covered strawberries into the cookie dough . Cool the batter shrouded in the fridge for 10 minutes .

Utilizing a 1-1 ½ tablespoon treat scoop, scoop out the mixture, and space the dough balls 2 inches separated. Heat for 13-15 minutes, just until the edges of the cookies are brilliant. let the cookies to lay on the cookie sheet for five minutes before moving them to a cooling rack. allow the treats to cool totally.
