° 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided for use
° 1 bell pepper red , de-seeded & sliced
° 1 bell pepper, de-seeded & sliced
° 1 1/4 pounds sirloin, thinly sliced
° 2 teaspoons minced garlic
° 1 teaspoon minced ginger
° Salt and pepper to taste
° 1/4 cup soy sauce
° 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
° 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil over medium-high intensity in an enormous skillet.
Adding pepper and cooking for 3-4 min Removing pepper from skillet and putting on a plate.
Adding rest oil to skillet. Preparing sirloin steak with salt//pepper to taste.Raise temperature to high. Adding steak to skillet and cooking for 5-6 min
Adding garlic//ginger, then, at that point, cooking for 30 sec .
Setting peppers in skillet with steak.
In bowl, beat soy sauce, sugar, 1/4 cup water,//cornstarch.
Pour sauce on steak combination//bring to stew. Stew 2-3 min
