Air Fryer Brussel Spouts .
Before this recipe, our family used to think, “Life is too short to eat Brussels sprouts.” But this recipe has changed the way we feel about this incredibly healthy and delicious (!!!) vegetable. You’ll enjoy a minimum of effort and time and a maximum of enjoyment. Cook it and hurry up and be pleasantly surprised!
Ingredients for Baked Brussels Sprouts :
Brussels sprouts – 500 g
Olive oil – 30 gr
Garlic – 2 cloves.
Lemon – 0,5 gr.
Salt – to taste
Ginger (with slice) – 1 tbsp.
Maple syrup (can be replaced with honey) – 1 tbsp.
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
Tahini paste – 1 tbsp.
Preparation :
Take Brussels sprouts. When buying, you need to pay attention to the freshness of the upper leaves and the absence of spots (and signs of rotting). Wash, cut off the stem and cut in half
In a small bowl mix together oil, garlic, tahini paste (1 tablespoon), soy sauce, salt, juice of half a lemon, ginger cut into thin strips.
And add maple syrup
Fresh ginger can be substituted for pickled ginger if you happen to have it on hand.
