Fried lobster tails are quick and easy to make at home. They are perfect for a romantic dinner. If you’ve been looking for a good lobster recipe, you’ve come to the right place! Today I’m going to share with you my secrets for making fried lobster tails in the oven. Just a few simple steps, minimal ingredients and seasonings.I’ll also tell you how to properly serve and eat lobster.
Lobster tail – 2 pcs.
Salt – 1 pinch
Freshly ground black pepper – 1 pinch
Melted butter – 60g.
Lemon slices (to taste)
Additional spices: oregano, paprika, garlic, parsley (to taste)
Preheat oven to 260-270°C.
Place the lobster tails on a baking tray. Using kitchen shears or a knife, cut the shells lengthwise (until you reach the end of the tail) to expose the meat inside. Using your fingers, carefully separate the meat from the shells, but leave the meat inside.
Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle each tail with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
Roast for 5-15 minutes, keeping a close eye on the tails until the meat is no longer translucent and its internal temperature reaches 60 °C (use a kitchen thermometer with a dipstick to check). It is important not to overcook the meat, otherwise it will turn out tough and rubbery.
Serve the lobster tails on a plate, garnish with lemon slices. Serve at once. Bon appetit!
