Shrimp and farfalle pasta is prepared by boiling the pasta and then draining it to dress it with a sauce made from shrimp sautéed in butter with garlic and parsley. Here are the steps for shrimp farfalle pasta .
farfalle pasta 250 g
Shrimp 350 g
Butter 120 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Parsley 3 tablespoons
Salt to taste
If you use fresh pasta, cook it insalted boiling water for 2-3 minutes, or until it is al dente. Cook the dry pasta according to the instructions on the package. Shell the shrimp and strip them of their intestines.
Heat the butter along with the garlic and parsley, in a large pot with a heavy bottom. Stir in the shrimp and saute for 8 minutes (for cooked shrimp 4 minutes will be sufficient).
Drain the pasta well with boiling water to remove the starch. Stir the pasta into the shrimp mixture. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
