Delicate chocolate cake


chocolate – 300 g
butter – 100 g
cocoa powder – 75 g
coffee – 20 gr ground coffee
eggs – 4 pcs.
brown sugar – 200 g
flour – 1 tbsp.


Break the chocolate, melt in a water bath with the butter. Add cacao powder and coffee. Let cool.

Whisk eggs with sugar and flour.

Add egg mixture to chocolate. Stir until smooth and fluffy.

Place in a baking dish lined with oiled baking paper.

Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 175-180 degree oven.

The center should be runny and the top should have a delicious crust. Bon appetit!
