Chicken & Meat


Ingredients for 2 persons :

Beef rump steaks approx. 200 g each 2 pcs.
Onions 2 pcs
Beef broth 0.4 cup
hot mustard 1 tbsp.
honey 1 tsp
flour 1 tsp
salt, garlic salt, pepper some
Creme-fine for cooking some

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 35 min
Total time: 45 Min

Preparation :

1.fry the steaks in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side. Then salt, pepper, wrap in aluminum foil and put in the oven at 100 degrees for about 15 minutes.

2.Peel the onions, cut them in half lengthwise, cut them into wider strips and add them to the previously used pan. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt and saute for about 10 minutes. Add the flour, mix everything well and pour the broth and wine. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.

3.Now add the honey and mustard to the onions. Remove the steaks from the oven and add the meat juices to the pan. Pour a generous dollop of Creme-fine over everything and bring to the boil briefly.
