The simplest one pot recipe of all time. Essentially toss everything in and that is all there is to it! No cooking, no sauteeing. SO EASY!
8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
16 ounces child red potatoes, divided
16 ounces child carrots
16 ounces green beans, managed
2 tablespoons hacked new parsley leaves
FOR THE SAUCE :
1/2 cup diminished sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup ketchup
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper chips
1/4 teaspoon ground dark pepper
In a huge bowl, consolidate soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, basil, oregano, red pepper drops and pepper.
Place chicken thighs, potatoes, carrots and soy sauce blend into a 6-qt slow cooker. Cover and cook on low intensity for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, seasoning consistently. Add green beans during the most recent 30 minutes of cooking time.
Discretionary: Preheat stove to cook. Place chicken thighs onto a baking sheet, skin side up, and cook until fresh, around 3-4 minutes.
Serve chicken quickly with potatoes, carrots and green beans, decorated with parsley, whenever wanted.
