Copycat Crumbl Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies Made with a Cake Mix .
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: ….. If you haven’t tried Crumbl’s cookies yet, you should. But it doesn’t hurt either to be able to recreate them in the comfort of your own home. These Crumbl Raspberry Cheese Cookies are made with a cookie mix, so they are very easy to make. Making them even more perfect is the addition of graham cracker crumbs, homemade cheesecake frosting and raspberry frosting to the cookies. These are huge, deliciously flavored cakes that are simply fantastic.

Ingredients :
Graham Cracker Cookie
1 box vanilla cake mix {15.25 ounces}
¼ cup brown sugar {packed}
1 ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter {melted}
2 eggs
Cheesecake Frosting
16 ounces cream cheese {softened}
7 ounces marshmallow fluff
2 cups powdered sugar
Toppings
⅓-½ cup raspberry jam
Instructions :
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Graham crackers.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine vanilla cake mix, brown sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Whisk together the dry ingredients.
Add the melted butter and eggs to the dry ingredients and beat with a hand mixer or regular mixer until a thick batter forms.
Measure the dough with a ¼ cup measuring cup and form a large disk with each piece of dough. Place 6 pieces on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat {or baking paper}. Bake for 9-11 minutes, until the fruit is soft. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet. Continue until all the dough is baked.
