Chocolate Shortbread Heart Cookies: the easy recipe for fancy .

Heart-shaped chocolate chip cookies are soft and delicious and are great for breakfast, snack or dessert. You can also make them for a romantic occasion, like a birthday or Valentine’s Day.

These cookies are made with a mixture of flour, eggs, sugar, mascarpone cheese and chocolate spread, ingredients that give these heart-shaped cookies an irresistible flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Ingredients :

All-purpose flour 2 1/4 cups
Egg 1
Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp
Mascarpone cheese 70 g
chocolate spread 80 g
vanilla yeast for desserts 8 g
Salt a pinch
unsweetened cocoa powder for decorating

How to make heart-shaped chocolate chip cookies?

Step 1:
Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat vigorously with a fork.

Step 2:

Add the mascarpone cheese.

Step 3:

Add the cocoa and hazelnut cream.

Step 4:

Add the peanut butter.

Step 5:

Now add the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, vanilla baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Step 6:

Start kneading with a fork so the ingredients become homogeneous.

Step 7 :

Continue working with your hands until you have a smooth, homogeneous dough. Wrap it in clingfilm and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 8:

Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper.

Step 9:

Using a special heart mold, cut out about 15 small hearts.

Step 10:

Place the cookies one at a time on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Step 11:

Bake the cookies in the oven at 180°C for 12 minutes.

Step 12:

Remove the heart-shaped chocolate chip cookies from the oven and let them cool. Sprinkle with a little dark cocoa powder and serve.
