Cheesy Arancini Balls Recipe .
Cheese can make many dishes special and incredibly appetizing. After all, it is not without reason that resourceful parents sometimes manage to feed their children with vegetables. And so that the little ones even demand more.
Ingredients:
Rice 2¾ cups
Mozzarella 1/4 cup
One chicken egg
Bread crumbs 1/4 cup
Sunflower oil 1 1/4 cup
Preparation:
Cut the mozzarella into 1 cm cubes. Note that we take the cheese in the usual slices, the white balls are different mozzarella.
Whisk the egg lightly in a bowl.
Now flatten a small amount of risotto in the palm of your hand into a thin tortilla. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and wrap it all up to form a ball. Do it bravely, the risotto is quite sticky and sticks together well.
Place the finished balls on a board.
When everything is ready, put a saucepan with oil on the fire. Ordinary refined sunflower oil will do, as well as a special oil for deep frying. The oil should cover a little more than half of the ball.
When the oil is ready (it will start to sizzle if you drop water), dip the balls in the egg, so that it covers the entire ball, and then in breadcrumbs. As soon as you coat the ball in breadcrumbs – immediately drop it into the oil. In the process turn the ball with a slotted spoon to fry it evenly.
Place the fried balls on a plate lined with paper towels so that the excess fat is absorbed.
