Caramel Brownies .
What is everybody doing this weekend ? Today I made these gooey caramel brownies without any preparation since I actually had some caramel left over from these turtle cookies I made half a month prior. I have been attempting to adhere to a better eating routine, which sadly incorporates next to no desserts (treats, brownies, cupcakes, doughnuts) – which I LOVE. Since I have been eating a more vegan kind of diet with less desserts, I lost some weight.
Ingredients ( Serves : 6 ) :
6 tbsp (3/4 stick) unsalted butter
¾ cup white sugar
2 large eggs
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch baking soda
½ tbsp vanilla extract
¾ cup unbleached all-purpose flour
¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips
Caramel squares
Instructions :
Preheat stove to 350 F.
In medium bowl, add cocoa, eggs, salt, baking powder, baking pop and vanilla and rush until all mixed and smooth. Add chocolate chips on top, yet don’t as yet mix in.
In a different little bowl, microwave margarine until softened (30 seconds). Add sugar, and microwave again for 30 seconds.
Pour over chocolate chips and rush until mixed. Its alright while possibly not all are liquefied.
Mix in flour.
Utilize a spatula to move half of the player to a 8×8 (or more modest) baking skillet.
Slice caramel squares down the middle and equitably disperse over hitter.
Top with the other portion of the player and smooth out with a spatula.
Let cool prior to cutting.
Liquefy a couple of caramel squares in the microwave or pan and shower over the brownies prior to cutting.
Appreciate warm or cold with a glass of milk.
Makes 6 thick brownies on the off chance that you utilize a more modest skillet, or 9 compliment brownies in 8×8.
