Baked cabbage steaks .

Ingredients :
Cabbage – 1 sprout
Olive oil – 3 tbsp.
Salt, pepper to taste
Paprika – 2 tbsp.
Dried garlic – 2 tsp.
Preparation :
Cut the core off the cabbage and cut it into 4 disks, 2-2.5 cm thick. Place the discs of cabbage on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush the cabbage evenly with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, dried garlic and paprika. Flip the cabbage steaks over and repeat on the other side. Sprinkle with chili pepper flakes, if desired.
Bake in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for 25 minutes until nicely golden. Serve straight from the oven. Bon appetit !!!))
