Air Fryer Twice Baked Potatoes .
Ingredients :
Potatoes 6 gr.
Olive oil a little
Sea salt coarse something
For the filling:
Cheddar cheese grated 1 cup of
sour cream 1 cup
milk 50 ml
butter 2 tbsp.
salt 0,5 tsp
Pepper from the mill black 0,5 tsp.
Bacon 1 package
Preparation :
As a main course, the amount is enough for 3-4 people, depending on hunger. Goes well with steak, cutlets, turkey, etc. But it is also good as a main course with salad or just with guacamole and salsa sauce – sounds strange, but tastes just great 🙂
preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash and dry the potatoes with skin. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Place on a baking rack and bake for 1 hr. Let cool for 10 minutes, cut in half and remove the inside with a spoon (and put in a bowl) leaving about 0.5cm edge everywhere, then they will keep good shape after stuffing.
while the potatoes are in the oven, fry the bacon until nice and crispy, drain well and crumble into small pieces.
For the filling, mix the sour cream, milk, butter, salt, pepper, 3/4 of the bacon and half of the cheese well with the extracted inside of the potatoes and mash with a potato masher until a little creamy. Taste again and season if necessary.
Now fill the filling into the potato “boats” and smooth it out. Sprinkle with the remaining bacon and cheese and bake for another 15 minutes at 180°C until the cheese is melted. Serve.
