Taco Stuffed Shells
Pasta is rightfully considered one of the most popular dishes in the world. They are adored in Italy, boiled in America and baked in Russia. They cook very quickly, but disappear from the table even faster. Choose the best recipe for stuffed pasta and create your own culinary masterpiece.
To bake stuffed pasta shells with minced meat, you need to prepare some ingredients, namely:
shells of large diameter – 300 g;
ground beef – 700 gr;
onion – 1 head
hard cheese – 300 g;
tomato – 3 units;
75% fat butter – 40 g.
The recipe for stuffed pasta is very simple and does not require any special skills. It is best to prepare the stuffing yourself and not buy it in the store. It is necessary to crush the meat in a meat grinder, putting there a head of onion. Thanks to this simple recipe, it will become more tender and juicy. Then it should be lightly salted and peppered, and at the end add a little water and mix thoroughly. If desired, an egg yolk is added instead of water – it will bind the minced meat, and the dish will not fall apart during cooking.
Meanwhile, the shells should be put to boil for 2-3 minutes to soften. To prevent the pasta from sticking later on, it is thoroughly rinsed with cold water.
Stuffing is placed on a heated frying pan and fried for 15-20 minutes. If it is still not juicy enough, add some onion to it.
While the shells and stuffing are cooking, you need to take the tomatoes and peel them to make them easier to eat later. According to the recipe, you need to cut them into circles or half rings. A little cheese is grated on a fine grater, and everything else is thinly sliced into plates.
Pre-prepared shells are placed on a baking tray, lightly greased with sunflower oil. Using a small spoon, stuff each of the shells, put a slice of cheese next to it and a slice of tomato on top. After the stuffed macaroni shells are placed in the oven and it is well heated, you can sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Bake the stuffed macaroni for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
