Mom’s Baked Ricotta Dip .
This baked cottage cheese dip is the perfect recipe for a quick and easy snack! A great option for dinner or a game!
Last week my mother invited the ladies of her book club over for dinner! She decided to go with a Valentine’s Day theme since the holiday is just around the corner. She served chicken noodle soup, Vegetable Beef Soup ., this sauce, and a table full of appetizers!

Ingredients :
1.5 cup Ricotta Cheese
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoon olive oil
1.5 tablespoon lemon juice
1.5 tablespoon rosemary, fresh, divided
salt/pepper to taste
0.75 cup mozzarella cheese
0.38 cup Parmesan cheese
Baguette bread, sliced and toasted
Instructions :
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and 1/2 tablespoon rosemary.
Stir and season with salt/pepper to taste.
Spread the mixture evenly in a 6-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Turn the oven on low and bake for another 5 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining rosemary.
Serve warm with slices of baguette. Enjoy!
