They have all that I love… . oreos, strawberries, chesecake all in a little hand held bar!
3 Tbls unsalted butter, melted
24 golden oreos, divided
1¼ Cup strawberries, medium dice
1 Tbls sugar
1 Tbls water
2 tsp lemon juice, fresh squeezed
½ tsp cornstarch
8 oz cream cheese, softened
⅓ Cup sour cream
⅓ Cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
Preheat stove to 350 degrees. Place a portion of the brilliant oreos in a food processor. Beat until it structures pieces, include the softened spread and heartbeat again until morsels are shrouded in margarine.
Press scraps into a 8 inch baking container fixed with material paper (or foil if your out of material paper!). Prepare in stove for 5 minutes, take out and let cool on counter.
Place strawberries in pot with 1 Tbls sugar and 1 Tbls water. Heat to the point of boiling, cover and stew for 10 minutes until delicate. You ought to mix this at regular intervals.
Consolidate lemon juice with cornstarch and mix into combination and stew an extra moment until thickened. Place strawberry blend in food processor and heartbeat until smooth. Place in a bowl and put away.
Place cream cheddar, acrid cream, remaining sugar, vanilla and egg in food processor.
Beat until smooth and joined. Put on top of oreo covering.
Pour half of the strawberry sauce on top of cheesecake. Utilize remaining sauce anyway you wish, I like adding it to lemonade, yum! Heat at 325 degrees for 36 minutes or until cheesecake is simply marginally jiggly.
Remove from broiler and let cool on a wire rack. Smash remaining oreos and sprinkle on top, delicately driving into the bars.
Place in a refrigerator covered and let set for something like 3 hours until cutting into squares.
Remove from container and cut into squares. Serve and appreciate!!
