Christmas Pinwheel Cookies

Our tip: You can easily replace the red food coloring with your favorite color!

Ingredients YIELDS:2 DOZEN :
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 c. granulated sugar
1 large egg
3/4 tsp. almond extract

How to make it:
1º In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
