Baked Italian Meatballs .
You’ll love this classic Italian-American dinner with meatballs and pasta! It’s very easy to make at home and requires virtually no prep time. They are juicy, succulent and full of flavor! Have fun!

Ingredients :
2 pounds ground chuck or a mix of pork and beef
1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 Tbsp chopped fresh or dry parsley
1 Tbsp chopped fresh or dry basil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp Olive oil
salt/pepper to taste
(24 – 25 ounces) Favorite Pasta Sauce
1 Cup Mozzarella cheese
parsley for garnish
Instructions :
In a large bowl, mix together the ingredients for the meatballs.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with baking spray.
With wet hands, form small balls of the meatball mixture. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of the meatballs.
Place on the baking sheet.
Add your favorite pasta sauce, a lot or a little depending on your taste. Add grated cheese and parsley.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees until meatballs are bubbling and cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
