Broccoli and Cheddar Twice-Baked Potatoes .

Another recipe to take note of. Use large potatoes so you can use more stuffing. Here’s a recipe for you on how to make baked potatoes with broccoli and cheese.

Ingredients:
Potatoes – 4 Pieces.
Olive oil – 1 Tbsp
Salt – 0 Taste
Broccoli – 230gm
Butter – 3 Tablespoon
Flour – 3 Tablespoon
Milk – 3 Glasses
Garlic powder – 1 pinch
Cheddar – 170 gr.

Preparation:

Wash the potatoes and place them on kitchen paper towels, make holes in them with a fork. Generously wipe the surface of the potatoes with olive oil. Put the potatoes on a baking tray, salt, put the tray in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake for 45-60 minutes.

Thaw the broccoli, then cut into pieces.

Add the butter and flour to a saucepan, cook over medium heat stirring constantly, once bubbling, cook for 1 minute.

Add the milk to the pot, bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thicker, then reduce the heat, salt and add the garlic powder.

Grate the cheddar on a grater. Portionally add the cheddar to the pan, after each additional portion, it should be completely melted.

After adding the cheese, you should have a thick and thick layer of melted cheese.

Add the broccoli to the pot, stir thoroughly. Cook over low heat to maintain the temperature.

When the potatoes are cooked, divide them in two and with a fork mash them a little in the middle.
Add the broccoli sauce to each potato.
Cool slightly and serve.
